With the goal of helping students understand the global dynamics better and enabling them to become the perfect decision makers in order to shape the world of their dreams, Presidium Model United Nations is one of the most awaited student conferences in Delhi and a common forum for the youth where they get an opportunity to debate on issues that confront world leaders and to draft resolutions in response to these global issues. It entrusts power in them to become delegates, represent committees and develop a deeper understanding regarding the current world issues. Every year presents a different theme for the delegates to deliberate upon and give rise to a hope for a better and advanced world.
Not only Presidians, but students from different educational institutions gather to interact and learn about international relations, diplomacy, global issues such as empowerment, environmental sustainability, human rights and the United Nations. Apart from critical thinking, leadership qualities and teamwork this epic event also trains students in public speaking, debating, research and writing skills.
