Celebrated every year on August 19, World Photography Day is dedicated to celebrating the art, craft, science, and history of photography. A photograph is nothing but a diverse bag of sentiments taking place at a particular moment, revealed beautifully through the language of photography. It delivers countless feelings and emotions to the personality who clicks the photograph and those who appreciate it. Presidians observed this day with sheer enthusiasm. While the students of Grade 1 made photo frames for their loved ones and pasted their pictures on them, Presidians of higher grades participated in the Photography contest with ardour. The simple pleasure of snapping photos and watching them on the screen was fun for the young Presidians and they enjoyed the integrity of their photos which they clicked themselves. They also learned about the history, art, and various types of cameras used for photography.
