Dance is an art form which refers to rhythmic movement of the body to music. It is an expression of the Self, of who we are, what we think and how we feel. Our talented Presidians battled their lockdown blues by celebrating the International Dance Day by grooving to their favourite tunes at their homes. The students thoroughly enjoyed dancing to the foot tapping music. There are multiple health benefits of dancing such as improved heart and lungs, increased muscular strength, endurance and motor fitness. Most importantly, it makes us feel happy!
