PRESIDIANS TAKE A PROUD STAND FOR GENDER EQUALITY

Engaged in an interesting battle of wits and words, students of Presidium, Ashok Vihar, displayed their exemplary intellectual and innovative thinking, during the Inter Club Debate Competition organized on 13th May’2016. This academic deliberation was aimed at discussing and creating social awareness on issues like ‘Construction of Gender Spaces, a step towards equality’ and ‘Women Reservation’. The participants with their reasoned arguments ignited the minds of the audience and compelled them to reflect on the various aspects. The purpose of such debates is to train students to think critically and creatively in ways which is important for them to become contributors of a better society.
