INTERNATIONAL TIGER DAY: SAVE THE STRIPES FROM BEING STRIPED!

It is said that where tigers thrive, it is a sign that the ecosystem is healthy. International Tiger Day is dedicated to the awareness of conservation of tigers and protection of their natural habitats. This year, the Presidians not only propagated the message of saving tigers but also celebrated the fact that India has achieved its 2022 project target of increasing tiger population in the country four years in advance. They performed a skit wherein they showcased the causes of declining population of tigers and then discussed on the need of the hour. They also expressed pride in sharing that India is home to almost 75% of the total global population of tigers.
