EARTH DAY: BUDDING ENVIRONMENTALIST PLEDGE FOR SUSTAINABILITY!

Observed in more than 193 countries every year, Earth Day connects people all over the world and drives them towards the goal of environmental preservation and sustainability. It marks the time when we reflect upon our responsibility towards Mother Earth and how every action makes a difference. The budding environmentalists of Presidium celebrated World Earth Day by hosting a plethora of environmental activities throughout the week and culminating it with a special assembly. They also participated in a tree plantation drive and planted saplings in and around their school. The students came together and joined hands to pledge for a greener earth with sustainable consumption by saving resources and following the 3R’s - Reduce, Reuse and Recycle!
