PRESIDIANS MARK INTERNATIONAL YOUTH DAY WITH SPECIAL ASSEMBLY

International Youth Day (IYD) is an awareness day designated by the United Nations. The purpose of the day is to draw attention to a given set of cultural and legal issues surrounding youth. The theme of International Youth Day 2021 is “Transforming Food Systems: Youth Innovation for Human and Planetary Health.” Keeping the same in mind, Presidians threw light on crucial challenges which must be addressed, such as poverty reduction, social inclusion, health care, biodiversity conservation, and climate change mitigation.
