PRESIDIANS MARK THE PIOUS FESTIVAL OF MAHASHIVRATRI WITH FERVOUR

To feel the verve of the festival, a special assembly on Mahashivratri was conducted by the students of grade 3A on Tuesday. Graced by the presence of the Academic head, the morning assembly started on a pious note with the prayer. Students commenced the assembly by updating the audience with current news, the weather report, and the thought for the day. Students talked about the significance of Mahashivratri. The auspiciousness of this day for Goddess Parvati was exhibited, and heartfelt prayers were offered to Lord Shiva by all. Everyone has swayed away with the chanting of the sacred mantra 'Om Namah Shivaya,' which made the milieu holy and consecrated.
