OUR BUDDING SCIENTISTS ACE PHYSICS EXPERIMENTS WITH EASE
Dated: 23-01-2021
Experiment plays many roles in science. One of its essential roles is to test theories and to provide the basis for scientific knowledge. In physics, experiments are conducted to check the validity of the existing theory. In line with this view, the following experiments were performed by Grade 12 science students in groups of 12 in the Physics laboratory, taking full care of social distancing and sanitization. The students performed the following experiments and recorded the observations:
1.To find out the resistivity of a given wire by plotting a graph between potential difference and current
2.To determine the resistance of given wire using meter bridge
3.To compare emf of two primary cells using a potentiometer
4.To find out resistance of galvanometer and figure of merit by half deflection method
