Electricity is a basic part of nature, and it is one of our most widely used forms of energy. It can be converted into various forms of energy. To understand the concept of electric current, students of grade 6 created their circuits using cell/ battery as a form of electricity. Making their circuits helped students understand the closed and open circuits, terminals of the cells, bulb and wires, switches, and their uses. Students explained the working of circuits made by them and were able to relate it to the concept of electricity. They took great interest in creating the electric circuit, participated with great zeal and enthusiasm, and were curious to see their circuit with a glowing bulb
