PRESIDIANS PLEDGE TO SPREAD PEACE & BROTHERHOOD ON GANDHI JAYANTI

Gandhi Jayanti is celebrated across the country on 2nd October to commemorate the birth anniversary of Father of Nation. Students of Presidium celebrated his birthday with great zeal, enthusiasm, and patriotism. Presidians were involved in an amalgamation of activities and a skit where they portrayed the life of Mahatma Gandhi. The skit presented Bapu's role in the Dandi March, Non-cooperation, and Quit India Movement. They presented the philosophical and pragmatic ideals of Gandhiji. Students also performed a dance performance followed by a bhajan - Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram Patit Pavan Sita Ram. The assembly was a grand success as it enlightened the students and evoked a feeling of pride, being the citizen of an incredible country.
