UN DAY: PRESIDIANS PROMOTE THE UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE OF PEACE

International days are occasions to make everyone aware of global issues of concern, to mobilize political will and resources to address global problems. October 24 is the birth anniversary of United Nations day. To commemorate the 75 years of the United Nations, Presidians took part in an assembly wherein they shared the significance, various goals and discovered the United Nations' work. This initiative is a symbolic effort to unite everyone, promote the universal language of peace and human rights. Students shared about the goals on which the united nations' organization focuses, like no poverty, zero hunger, good health and well-being, inequality, injustice, climate change, quality education, clean water and sanitation, affordable and clean energy, and many more.
