PRESIDIANS PAY TRIBUTE TO GURUDEV RABINDRANATH TAGORE!

Dated: 07-05-2019

To honour one of the most prolific and influential writer and poet of the world, the young Presidians celebrated the 158th birth anniversary of Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore. With a wonderful presentation of songs and poems composed by Tagore, Presidians paid a special tribute to the great bard of India. The ‘Rabindro sangeet’ playing in the background added to the celebration. Students spoke about the life and work of the Noble Laureate through informative speeches. The celebration was a testament to the fact that Tagore’s legacy will always live through his words as the generations to come enthrall in the beauty of the literature that Tagore gave to this world!
