PRESIDIANS SPREAD THE JOY OF THE NEW SEASON THIS BAISAKHI!

‘Wahe Guru ji da khalsa, Wahe Guru ji di fateh!’
The young Presidians celebrated the blissful festival of Baisakhi that marks the Sikh New Year and commemorates the formation of Khalsa panth of warriors under Guru Gobind Singh. A special assembly was organised spreading the teachings of unity and oneness of faith. Spectacular dance performances, skits and ong showcased the vibrant punjabi culture marking the beginning of the new harvest season with full vigour and euphoria. The celebrations concluded with a prayer to the true Enlightener seeking peace and prosperity!
