PRESIDIANS DELIGHTFULLY PERFORM THE RITUALS OF JANMASHTAMI
Dated: 31-08-2018
The festival of Janmashtami was celebrated with great enthusiasm as a special assembly was organised to celebrate the festivities of this occasion. Adorned in traditional attires, the Presidians wonderfully donned the roles of Lord Krishna, Radha and Gopikas and turned the stage into Vrindavan. An enthralling skit was also performed wherein the students depicted the various facets of Lord Krishna’s ‘leela’. The corridors of Presidium brimmed with a spiritual essence as the students performed the rituals of the ‘Maha Arti’ and sung ‘Jai Kunj Bihari Ji Ki’, invoking the blessings of the Almighty.
