SPORTS DAY STRENGTHENS FRIENDLINESS & TEAM SPIRIT AT PRESIDIUM

To impart a sense of discipline, fellow-feeling, and togetherness, Annual Sports Day was recently organized at Presidium. Packed with unmatched zeal and zest, the students participated in this much-awaited sports event featuring splendid field displays and mass student participation. The Presidians proactively competed in various sports activities including 50 metres sprint, relay race, high jump, long jump, pole vault and 100 meter race. Once the races began, the air was filled with cheering and tons of encouragement for the young athletes. Celebrating the spirit of sportsmanship and extraordinary efforts in sports, the day illustrated the fact that 'gold medals aren't really made of gold; they're made of sweat, determination and a hard-to-find alloy called guts'.
